Crypto Twitter can sometimes seem As a furious fight, but will come on February 20, there will be some actual live match between cryptoinfluencers at Consensus Hong Kong 2025.
The conference plays host that night for the eighth Edition of Crypto Fight Night (CFN), an industry -sports and networking event that has become extremely popular since held its first event in 2021. On the latest CFN held in Dubai in December, Popular Crypto YouTuber Bitboy squared against Memecoin -The -business and influence of the person in a dramatic battle that went to the final round and ended a draw. Rahul Suri, one of CFN’s co -founders, said the organizers were originally looking for new ways of connecting crypto enthusiasts personally when the world emerged from the pandemic.
Exhibition boxing seemed like a natural fit considering the individualistic and competitive ethos in both arenas, Suri said.
“Crypto is a very player-to-player environment, and combined with the risk-making attitude of the general crypto participant, boxing has become a very strongly desired sport,” said Suri, who also runs Ghaf Capital, a private investment company based on Dubai . “The matches on Crypto Fight Night are more than just entertainment – they are a gate to the crypto over.”
What to expect in Hong Kong
At Consensus Hong Kong, approx. 500 people, all of whom have signed up for VIP tickets, to attend the approximately three hour event. It is held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, which is linked to the conference’s most important venue, the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. And like all CFN events, bouts will be live streamed on CFNS X and YouTube accounts.
The main event will be a battle between cryptoinfluencers Bitlord, which has more than 400,000 followers on X, and Korean Jew, a crypto market analyst with almost 150,000 x followers. The winner of this match will be awarded the coveted CFN crypto belt.
Another highly expected match will be a competition between YouTube Giants My Mate Nate, a content creator with almost 15 million subscribers on YouTube known as Mr. Beast of Thailand, and charismatic CFN veteran Dawoodsavage. There will also be several seizures between boxers with semi-professional experience.
And awards for “Kamp of the Night” as well as “Bonk of the Night” for the best stans that landed (and a nod to the popular Memecoin) will be announced on social media after the event.
