Gasoline is mainly used in private transport, small vehicles, rickshaws and two -wheeler. Higher fuel prices affect the budgets for the members of the middle and lower middle classes that primarily consume gasoline for commuting.

On the other hand, a significant part of the transport sector is dependent on high -speed diesel.

Its price is considered inflationary as it is predominantly used in heavy goods transport vehicles, trucks, buses, trains and agricultural machines such as tractors, pipe wells and threshing.

The consumption of high -speed diesel contributes especially to the increased prices of vegetables and other foods.
