Czech National Banking Manager Ales Michl continues to make case for Bitcoin (BTC)

Czech national bank governor Ales Michl continued his campaign on Wednesday to possibly add Bitcoin (BTC) to the central bank balance, including encouraging words for those frustrated with the reputation of the bite caused by the wider crypto market.

The Crypto market will experience “failures and successes”, Michl wrote in a long -lasting X post. “Bitcoin, however, is another story. It should not be clumped with other crypto assets.”

It may not be a coincidence that Michl chose to send this after the events in the last few days when the already creepy Memecoin -craze reached new levels of GRIFT. This included Rugpulls encouraged by Binance founder Changpen Zhao and Argentine President Javier Milei.

Michl joined the radar in the Bitcoin market last month when he submitted a proposal that the Czech National Bank survey added alternative assets – Bitcoin among them – to its balance. The proposal was approved by the banking board, and Michl today recalled that this is only the initial analysis phase.

“We central bankers should study it and explore the technology [bitcoin] is built on, “said Michl.” Studying Bitcoin will not hurt us – on the contrary, it will strengthen us. “
