Jessica Simpson admitted that the ‘deepest heartache in her life’ was her separation from her ex-husband Eric Johnson.
The singer linen and the actress vented her feelings to her younger sister Ashle Simpson in a recent cover story of The cut.
For the unwartered Jessica, the ways of Eric parted last year after 10 years of marriage and are now ready to release LP, which she indicated as a revenge album.
“Music blasts through my soul and makes me smile …” she said.
Earlier she opened up her split with People To say, “I don’t know why my heart is being thrown around, but I’m one of those lucky.”
“At least I have my kids and I still have Eric. He’s still much part of my life and always will be,” Jessica added.
Other places in her interview with The cut, She talked about how she was put back as an artist from the beginning of her music career.
“I had to be a pop star because I signed up to be a pop star. Whatever was never would be enough sale, there was never left to come back because they would put so much in me trying to win,” she noticed
She went on to say, “You are a by-product of this company that makes them money. I didn’t realize it until I was dropped in 2008 or ’09 by my Landmusik-Label with my first No. 1-Land Album . ”
Jessica shared how she took a position for herself, “My country record was written in Nashville and that’s where I felt a lot. Suddenly there were these 360 offers and I wouldn’t sign. It was the first time I traveled me for myself.
“But I was always defined by having a record deal. I had a record deal since I was 14 years old, so being at the age of 28, 29 who didn’t have a record deal I didn’t know where I was, or What I was or who I was and I didn’t know who I was working for.
