Binance -founder Changpen Zhao (CZ) has recommended that BYBT stop withdrawal as a security relationship after Friday’s $ 1.5 billion hack.
“Not an easy situation to deal with. May imply to stop all withdrawals a bit like a standard safety precaution.
In response to concern that it would stoke further fear, CZ added: “1.5 billion is fear enough. Better to be safe than sorry now.”
Arkham -Data shows that BYBT still has $ 20 billion in assets, and the company’s CEO Ben Zhou said the exchange “is a solvent even if this hackt loss is not recovered.”
Blockchain Sleuth Zachxbt revealed that the hacker is starting to divide the stolen ether, where two batches of 10,000 ETH were divided into 48 addresses. $ 200 million value of Meth & Steth has already been switched on decentralized exchanges.
