NCAA’s new trans-participating policy is ‘as clear as mud,’ says Riley Gaines
Gaines, the host of Outkick’s “Gaines for girls” Podcast continued to defend Trump’s executive order and its efforts to create justice in women’s sports.
“Because men and women are different. We have different physical ceilings. It’s the same reason you have any category. That’s the same reason we have paralympics versus ol have weight classes in boxing because we are fat-shaming People who weigh more.
Gaines later raised the question of Olympiers and Paralympians competing against each other.
When asked if the games should be combined, Brown said, “I mean, why not?”

Brown’s comments come weeks after Trump signed an executive order that instructed all federal agencies to review grants, programs and policies that do not comply , justice, dignity and truth. ”
The order also instructed a strict enforcement of title IX against all educational institutions or athletic associations that do not comply and require federal assistance to be removed in such cases.
Some states have already spoken against their willingness to comply with the federal law.
