- Galaxy S25 Edge is shown in a leaked video
- Specifications were shown next to the design
- The video has since been drawn and is no longer available
We have until hands-on video leakage.
The video is now drawn, but not before Sammobile, Tipster @maxjmb and others got a look at it. As for the design of the handset, it matches with glimpses of the handset we got at the Samsung -packed event last month.
Included in the short clip was a shot of an app showing the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge: It looks like we get Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Chipset, 12 GB RAM, 256 GB stock.
Three 12MP rear cameras are also listed, but due to a tense of the diagnostic app used, this does not exclude a 200MP primarily camera – which would match the Galaxy S25 Ultra and which has previously been rumored.

Given what we know so far – and considering that earlier rumors called this phone The Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim – it seems that the thin form factor in this handset will be one of the most important sales sites.
It certainly looks thin, from the limited views we have had about it so far – but exactly how thin are we talking? A figure of 6.3 mm (without camera rabs) has been mentioned, which is compared to 7.2 mm for the standard Galaxy S25 phone.
Of course, the shrinkage of a handset such as this means less space for other components, including cameramic mechanisms, cooling chambers and batteries. It will be interesting to see the trade-offs made with the Galaxy S25 edge when it is finally sold.
It should be at some point later in the year. Meanwhile, it seems that thinness will be a trend: Oppo recently revealed the world’s thinnest collapsible, while Apple was raised to be busy working on the iPhone 17 air.
