Senator Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., Maine Gov. Janet Mills for refusing to ban trans athletes in girls’ sports Wednesday.
During an interview on Outkick’s “Don’t @ Me With Dan Dakich”, Tuberville placed strong criticism on Mills after a week’s national controversy for her feud with President Donald Trump over his “No men in women’s sports” executive order and her state’s refusal to comply with it.
“With the governor of Maine, it’s just to be a total A- to be honest with you to the president of the United States when he has already said, ‘This will not happen,’ and she said, ‘Well, I’ll take you to court,’ and he said, ‘Well, I will see you in court because I happened to run the federal government,'” Tuberville said.
“It just shows you how egotistically these people are and it’s just common sense that you don’t do this.”

Maine came under national control to allow Trans athletes in girls’ sports in the midst of the state’s rejection of complying with Trump’s order and a recent incident involving a transpole -vaulter.
Spit between Trump and Mills started last Thursday when Trump promised to cut down on funding to the state to refuse to follow his order during a collection of governors in Washington.
On Friday, Mills’ office responded with a statement that threatened lawsuits against the Trump administration if it detained federal funding from the state. Then, Trump and Mills sparred verbally in a broadly published argument in the White House during a top species meeting with governors.
“Don’t you want to comply with it?” Trump asked Mills.

And by the way, your population, even though it’s not a liberal, even though I did very well, your population doesn’t want men who play in women’s sports, so you are better because you otherwise don’t get any federal funding. “

“See you in court,” Mills replied.
Just a few hours after this interaction announced the US Ministry of Education that it will be Examination of the state To allow trans -athletes to compete in girls’ sports and potential violations of title IX. Maine is the fourth state that has a title IX study launched against it to tread Trump’s order since it was signed on February 5th.
California, Minnesota and Massachusetts are facing similar studies, while several other democratic -driven states have also refused to comply with Trump’s order so far.
Meanwhile, Tuberville is also sponsoring a bill with similar branches as Trump’s order in the US Congress. The protection of women and girls in the Sports Act has already gone into the House of Representatives, but has not received a Senate vote yet.
Tuberville hopes the country can address the issue of Trans -Inclusion in time to the 2028 Olympics.
“What worries me is that the Olympics will come up here in our Los Angeles country in a few years, and we don’t need this to transform this into a nightmare, it must be men against men, women against women,” Tuberville said. “But you know what, this Radical Left will try to make this as if it is a disaster that surpassed boys is unable to attend women. It just makes no sense, and under this president it will not happen.”
When Trump signed the executive order on February 5th he promised the security secretary for the home country Christ’s Noem Would ban transsexual athletes trying to compete as women from entering the country to the 2028 Olympics.
