A Texas A&M Aggies baseball player called fans alleged “hatred and respect” to him and his teammates in the midst of a slow start to the 2025 season.
Aggies dropped their fourth straight match on Saturday with a loss to Oklahoma State. The team has suffered defeat of Cal Poly, Texas State and Arizona, dating back to February 23, scoring only seven races in these four games.

AGGIES Pitcher Shane Sdao asked fans to take a breath.
“Some of the things I look at X and Instagram are just absolutely disgusting and ridiculous,” Sdao said in a statement sent to his X account. “We all understand that we are not playing to the best of the abilities, but the level of hatred and disrespectful respect that is thrown around is completely unacceptable and out of the line.

“At the end of the day we are all human and no one is more frustrated than we are. We work every day to be better and it does not help at all. No one has any idea what any of us are going through. This is not just for the baseball team, so does for any other sport. Let’s go back to being Aggie fans instead of acting as opposing team fans. “
Aggies fell to 5-4 with their losses to Oklahoma State and could direct the ship to Rice on Sunday.
