New York Yankees announced that ACE Start Pitcher Gerrit Cole will review Tommy John -Surgery on Tuesday to repair a torn UCL in his caste albue.
As such, Cole will miss the entire 2025 MLB season-a worst-case scenario, which the team prepared for after feeling discomfort in the elbow after his second spring training.
Cole treated an elbow disorder last spring, but was able to return to 17 regular season starts and, more importantly, anchor a rotation after the season on the way to the World Series.

However, this is a much more serious situation now that he wants a long rehabilitation to get back on the haug in 2026.
