- Leaks suggest that Google Pixel 10 gets a third camera
- This would make it the first basic model Google Pixel flagship that has three cameras
- Further reproductions of Google Pixel 10 Pro XL have been shared without major redesign
We could see our first look at the next generation of Google Pixel phones thanks to reproductions that are allegedly based on leaked CAD designs that allegedly show the design for Google Pixel 10 and Google Pixel 10 Pro XL.
The gutters, all shared by Android headlines and Onleaks, show two phones that look like similar to the current generation of Google Pixel 9 and Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, except for the main add-on-the-third camera to Google Pixel 10.
As with the current gene model, Sports the Related Google Pixel 10 A curved rectangular frame, pill-shaped camera line, volume rocker, on / off button and USB-C port.
However, the well-known camera inspection has a third camera in these unofficial reproductions, which would be a new addition to Google’s basic model flagship hand set.
Up to and including the current generation of Google Pixel 9, the default edition Pixel has never come equipped with three cameras, instead of having a main camera and secondary ultra-covering camera.
It is likely that this third camera will be an optically zoomed telecommunications lens – it would be unheard of for a flagship phone that sports a macro camera or another tertiary snapper.
This would put Google Pixel 10 on a level with the Samsung Galaxy S25 with regard to its camera pair – although telecameras are becoming increasingly common on cheaper handsets like Nothing Phone 3A Pro, from which Google may feel some pressure.
As for the rendered Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, the Sport model depicted an enlarged frame, a camera bar that sported three cameras and the same buttons and gates as its smaller siblings.
A third camera is nothing new for the highest end pixel, with all Pro and Pro XL models since Google Pixel 6 Pro Sporting One.
Of course, the rendering and any information that concerns them is entirely based on the rumor at this time.
As we recently reported, Android headlines and Onleaks previously shared a leaked reproduction of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, which strongly resembled the current Galaxy Z Flip 6, only to release updated Renders days later, showing a significant redesign.
However, the team of Android headlines and Onleaks is typically one that shares decent reliable tips and rumors, so it won’t be too surprising to see Pixel 10 models similar to these mockups.
What’s more, mysterious recent YouTube shorts uploaded by Alexis Garza have shown a working Google Pixel 9A, similar to reproductions previously shared by Android headlines and Onleaks.
In any case, a third camera would certainly give Google Pixel 10 a shot to participate in our list of the best Android phones, and it is probably that the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL will get a place on our list of the best Google Pixel phones.
