Sophie Cunningham, The Indiana Fevers Latest addition, opened with fans on social media this week and revealed exactly why she thinks she hasn’t found the right one yet.
The veteran guard that joined the fever after six seasons with Phoenix Merkur, Made a question and answer on Instagram earlier this week while waiting for a delayed flight. A follower asked why she’s not married.

Cunningham responded by placing a video of himself that chugged a drinking position at the WNBA All-Star game in July with the answer, “I have received this question a lot.”

“I think it’s because I am a rat and an embarrassment to society. Also it all was ice and does not do my abilities any justice,” she continued, referring to the video. “But back to being not married, it will happen before I die because he doesn’t.”
Cunningham, 28, was prepared by Phoenix in the second round of 2019 WNBA Draft And has become one of the league’s most popular players. She appeared in 182 matches, an average of 7.7 points per year. Match, 2.7 gathered rebounds and 1.4 assists.
Her best season was in 2022 when she average 12.6 points per Match, 4.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists.

Fever makes the number of traits to give Caitlin Clark help, including superstar she had playoff spat with
The fever acquired Cunningham together with No. 19 -Selection in the 2025 WNBA draft in a trade in Phoenix.
She was introduced to the media on Tuesday and shared her enthusiasm over the move.
“I think it’s refreshing. I’ve been to Phoenix for the past six years, was drafted out there. I’ve had a really good time – I’ve been very blessed to be around a lot of goats in the game and learn the game on another level. But again this is just a new style and this is the style I thrive in.”

Cunningham said she thinks she can win a championship in Indiana and look forward to doing it with new teammate and wnba superstar Caitlin Clark.
“She has changed our game in the best possible way and in every way. And then just to be with her and maybe relieved the pressure of being able to shoot and spread the right for her to go and do her stuff.”
