Islamabad:
PTI founder Imran Khan has contested notification of the transfer of judges in the Supreme Court.
A petition for the transfer of judges in IHC was filed in accordance with Article 184 (2) of the Constitution. 3. Therefore, the message is declared invalid. It also asked the court to adopt an order that instructed to ensure that the independence of the judiciary in the midst of the transfer of judges.
The petition requested the Court to give a ruling on the implementation of the established principles described by the Court of the Al-Jihad Trust case.
