Developer Ubisoft has revealed Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege XA sequel to Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege It is released as a free update.
Described as “the greatest development in Siege’s history,” Sieiring x is ready to arrive in June 2025. A brand new revealing gameplay trailer has given us our first real look at the game in action, which you can see even below.

In the trailer we see a whole new game mode: Dual Front. After a unique 6V6 format, double front will contain dynamic goals and the ability to choose operators from both the attacking and defense teams from a curated list of 35.
Play mode even has its own exclusive card and it looks absolutely massive. The pace of this state certainly seems much higher than the more tactical gameplay that most players are used to.
Although I have deeply with Siege In the years I am definitely more of one Call of Duty Playing and this state looks like it finally may be enough to pull me away from Black Ops 6.
Sieiring x Will also see larger visuals improvements brought to old maps, including new lighting, improved shadows and 4K structures. At the launch, Clubhouse, Chalet, Border, Bank and Kafe will be improved, with several inspections coming through future updates.
The trailer also showed the new rappelling mechanics, which looks much more fluid and even allows you to run horizontally and jump around in corners.
We know that now Sieiring x Will be free-to-games, with new players who have access to double front, un-ranked and fast game states and the opportunity to earn up to 26 operators. You will be able to upgrade to one of the premium editions to unlocked -ranked state.
If you have already purchased any version of Rainbow six siege Then there is no need to worry. You will keep all previously unlocked and even get some exclusive veteran rewards depending on the year you started playing.
A closed beta to Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege X is available now and will run until March 19 to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC. You can sign up via the game’s official site.
