According to Georgas, her daughter was “scared” and “extremely upset” when she used the girls’ bathroom on February 5, noting that a trans -gender student also used the facilities at the same time.
“She was told by the administration that a student can use the bathroom as well as a female dressing room because they now identify themselves as women,” Georgas said of the explanatory administrators allegedly delivered to her daughter.
Georgas then raised the question to the school’s administration and noticed them she thought it was a direct violation of President Donald Trump’s “To keep men out of women’s sports” Executive Order. She said in her speech that the administration informed her that the student under the direction of their legal adviser was free to use both the girls the bathroom and the girls the dressing room.

Georgas said the situation was worsened when her daughter and other classmates days later refused to switch to her uniform during physical training because the transient student was present.
She claimed that the school administrators the following day pulled the girls aside and later caused them to change to uniform.
“That day, [Assistant Superintendent for Student Services] Joanna Ford, [Assistant Principal] Cathy van Treese and several teachers all entered the Girls dressing room, causing them to change to uniform. This went all week, “she said, adding that her daughter still” refused to attend. ”

As part of Georgas’ speech “, she demanded the” district move forward with designation facilities for biological men and biological women.
Georgas appeared on “America Reports” last week when she expressed her biggest concern about the situation.
“This puts such a dangerous precedent for girls everywhere by letting men to safe places. My biggest concern is that an adult, biological man – who has not been transferred – can freely access women’s bathrooms [and] Dressing rooms that put their safety and privacy at risk. This is common sense. ”
