In a shocking incident, a woman was on fire by her own husband to ban him from having relationships with other women.

Rabia, the victim, was tortured before being released by gasoline and was burned in Korangi Mehran’s urban area. Rabia had married Waqas after his choice two years ago, but his behavior had been cumbersome from the beginning of their lives together.

He struck and tortured her often and maintained the relationship with other women. On March 14, when Waqas couldn’t return home until late at night, Rabia called tired of her husband’s behavior and adultery, the number of a girl named Amina. Waqas answered the phone and began a verbal attack on rabia.

Then he returned home at. 23.45, tortured and set his wife on fire, leaving her with 40% burns. When she was found, she was rushed to the combustion department at the Civil Hospital to receive medical treatment. Police took the victim’s statement about her deathbed.

The case was recorded two days later, on March 16, in Korangi Industrial Area Police Station in accordance with the victim’s complaint during an attempt to murder clause. Police then handed the case to the investigative police, arresting the defendant during an operation in Azeem Pura on Tuesday morning. Meanwhile, Rabia’s brother Muhammad Jamal revealed that Waqas had made threats if the incident was registered, but he continues to demand justice for his sister.
