The Supreme Court’s constitutional bench has been a contempt for a hearing against PTI founder Imran Khan for an indefinite period.
A five-member constitutional bench led by Justice Amin Ud-Din Khan heard the government petition against the PTI founder. During the procedure, justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail said that the Attorney General’s Office will be a prosecutor if a disdain for trial that starts. Additional Attorney General Aamir Rehman informed the court that services from senior lawyer Salman Aslam Butt have been hired in this case.
