The special anti -terrorist court has issued a written order giving Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) the opportunity to interrogate the accused Armughan Qureshi alias Army in daylight in money laundering.

According to the order, the FIA ​​declared in his application that the defendant had been sent to imprisonment by the Court of Kidnapping and the murder case on Mustafa Amir. According to the order, the FIA ​​officials requested that the defendant be interrogated about his bank accounts run by the accused’s employees Abdul Rahim and Rahim Bakhsh.

The study will cover banking transactions, trade history, internet protocol and other relevant details. The court’s decision stated that it has no objection to interrogating the defendant in prison.

The FIA ​​is authorized to question the defendant inside the prison for nine days, but they cannot take him outside the prison. The FIA ​​can interrogate the defendant from the morning to sunset. Superintendent Central Prison should allow the FIA ​​investigators to interrogate the defendant.
