Rawalpindi:
Security forces killed 11 terrorists in four separate engagements in North Waziristan and Dera Ismail Khan districts in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Public Relations (ISPR) said in a press release on Thursday.
“On March 26 to March 27, eleven Khwarij was killed by the security forces in four separate engagements in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province,” Ice’s said, referring to the terrorists belonging to the forbidden Tehreek-E-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
“An intelligence -based operation was performed by the security forces in the ordinary area [of] Mir Ali, North Waziristan District. During the performance of Operation, the own troops effectively engaged the KHWARIJ location and resulted in the result of five Khwarij being sent to hell, “the military’s media wing said.
“In another operation performed in the same general area, another three Khwarij was neutralized by his own troops. In another meeting that took place in the ordinary area [of] Miran Shah, North Waziristan District, own troops neutralized effectively two Khwarij. “
In the fourth operation of the general area of Daraban in Dera Ismail Khan -District, Ismpr said: “A Kharji was sent to hell”. The press release added: “Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the slain Khwarij, who remained actively involved in several terrorist activities.”
According to ISPR, sanitization operations were carried out to eliminate any other terrorist found in the area as “the security forces in Pakistan have been determined to wipe out the threat of terror” from the country.
