Rawalpindi:

A previous police subpoena has been accused of kidnapping, illegal inclusion, torture and blackmailing money from an UAE-based Pakistani businessman.

According to a spokesman, Rehan was dismissed from customs three months ago due to long -term absence, and no longer has any connection to the police department.

The alleged victim, businessman Sajjad Ahmed, reported that the ex-sub-inspector’s phone numbers remain active, and he continues to push him to settle the case.

However, police have not yet arrested Rehan or his employees.

When the victim turned to police, Rawalpindi noted CPO Syed Khalid Hamdani and ordered immediate trial.

Then the Rawat police recorded a case against the ex-sub-inspector and his four accomplices.

According to Sajjad Ahmed, who runs businesses in Pakistan and UAE, he had arrived in Pakistan to work and returned to his residence in a private housing community in Rawalpindi when he was captured near Lake View Junction.

A group of men, including Rehan Khan in police uniform and three others in ordinary clothing, stopped his vehicle under the pretext of documents.

After verifying his documents and weapons licensed, “they forced him to the back of the car and began to attack him”.

He was then taken to a two-story house where the torture continued, he told the police in his complaint.

Rehan Khan then allegedly extorted money from the victim, transferred the RS50,000 to his own account, forced to take RS70,000 cash, 4,500 Dirhams and valuables from the car-inclusive gift boxes, a MacBook, the original vehicle registration, two perfume, a 30-bear gun and its license.

“After looting him, the suspects fell back on the scene with threats,” he told the police.

A spokesman for the Rawal Pindi police confirmed that CPO Hamdani, upon receipt of the complaint, ordered a four against Rehan Khan and his accomplices under prosecutors, illegal inclusion and mimic a public employee.

The spokesman clarified that Rehan had been dismissed from service three months before due to prolonged absence and no longer had any official position.

“A credit -based investigation is underway and the defendant will be arrested and prosecuted,” he said.

However, the victim expressed frustration and said that despite the ex-officer’s phone numbers was active and his pressure to “settle” the case, police have not yet made any arrests.
