Islamabad:
The Supreme Court will take on the Punjab Government’s appeal against approval of guarantee application of the defendants in the attacking cases 9 May 2023 for consultation on April 8.
A bench with three members led by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi and including Justice Shafi Siddiqui and Justice Shakeel Ahmed will hear the case.
The appeals were filed for cancellation of bail for 20 accused, including Alia Hamza and Khadija Shah. Shah is included in the Chief Justice of Pakistan’s prison reform committee for Punjab.
