Elton John just revealed his condition while working on Who believes in angels?
On Friday, the 78-year-old iconic musician along with Brandi Carlile, producer Andrew Watt and his frequent partner, songwriter Bernie Taupin, appeared at the premiere of Who believes in angels? Stories from the Creation Equestrian.
At the panel discussion of the event, as per. PEOPLE Magazine, The Rocket man Hitmaker revealed to moderator Dave Karger that he was “not in good shape” while making the album.
“When you’re in a studio trying to get hold of the fact that you want to make a good record, you can’t always predict what will happen,” John said.
He continued, “We went in without songs. Four of us. No plan. Just thought, ‘This is the meeting of the mind and the talent. Let’s continue with it.’ But unfortunately, I was not in good shape.
“More than anything else, I was so much in doubt about my ability to get through in what we needed to get through. And it led to a lot of aggression and bad behavior. In a way, it was necessary for me to do it because I never had so much doubt and fear until I started the project,” added the five-time Grammy prize-winning artist.
Besides, talking about how he felt when he finished working on the album, Who believes in angels? Elton John remembered:
“At the end of the album when I did this When this ancient world is done with meI cried. I think it was all the exalted feeling that I wore, and the pressure that I felt to come up with a decent record-other record than the ones I’ve made. And it all worked well at the end thanks to these three people standing by me. “
