NFL News: Top Draft Prospect Abdul Carter opens for favorite player

In less than two weeks, Abdul Carter will probably hear NFL commissioner Roger Goodell announces his name from the draft of Stady in Green Bay.

The former Penn State standout is expected to be selected in the top 5 of next Thursday’s NFL draft.

While Quarterbacks have once again drawn the brother of the attention in the months and weeks until the draft, Carter is considered one of the best prospects of this year’s class.

During a recent conversation with Siriusxm NFL Radio, Carter revealed which NFL player he is most fond of.

Carter originally gave a nod to colleague Penn State Alum and Pass Rusher Micah Parsons.

“Of course Micah Parsons,” Carter replied when asked to compare his game with an NFL player. “Just going to Penn State, playing and carrying No. 11. I have many similarities like him.”

Carter then voluntarily mentioned von Miller is the player he most admires.

“Also my favorite player von Miller, just as he played how he showed up in the greatest moments. He’s probably my favorite player,” Carter told Siriusxm NFL Radio.
