Nintendo has calmly removed any mention of variable update frequency (VRR) support from some of its regional Switch 2 sites, suggesting that the console may not offer the feature.

According to Digital Foundry’s Oliver Mackenzie (via VGC), it discovered that the US site has been updated since the Nintendo Switch 2 directly and no longer mentions VRR Support for Docked Play.
