- OnePlus has revealed more details about its upcoming 13T phone
- The fresh info relates to the device’s battery capacity
- 13T must be launched on April 24
We are just a few days away from the OnePlus 13T launch that falls on April 24th. Still, it has not prevented OnePlus from teasing a few choice specifications and details of the upcoming phone ahead of the plan, with the latest info on the device’s battery capacities.
According to a OnePlus post on the Chinese social media site Weibo, 13T comes with a 6,260 mAh battery. This is in line with the company’s previous claims that the battery would offer a capacity of no less than 6,000 mAh.
In addition, OnePlus has revealed that 13T’s battery will contain bypass charging. This allows your Android phone to pull power directly from a power source (like a power bank) rather than from its internal battery when charging. This helps extend the phone’s battery and brake the breakdown.
The data fall did not end there when OnePlus has confirmed that 13T will weigh 185g. Compare it to OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R, both of which come with less spacious 6,000 mAh batteries, but weigh 200 g each. Packing a larger battery in a smaller frame is a surprising movement from OnePlus, but it is definitely a welcome.
Get secrets back to reveal
OnePlus has been very coming about 13T that reveals all kinds of pictures and details on social media. Previously sent photos have shown the device’s range of colors – including gray, pink and black shades – as well as the fact that it comes with a new button.
Leakies have also played their role. For example, it has been suggested that OnePlus 13T comes with a Snapdragon 8-Elite chip, a 6.32-inch screen, an IP65 assessment and two 50-megapixel rear cameras. Of these two lenses (primary and telecommunications), telephoto man could offer 2x optical zoom and 4x loss -free zoom.
That being said, we do not yet know the full specs for OnePlus 13T, and it is possible that OnePlus will save some exciting new features for the launch event itself. But with so much already in the public space, it will be interesting to see what the company might have held back. We will find out for sure on April 24, when 13T is finally launched.
