Caracal is built among Pakistan’s endangered wildlife species and is notorious difficult to spot, especially in dry and semi-deserved regions such as Cholistan. Its presence not only means the ecological vitality of the region, but also emphasizes the impact of continuous monitoring of wildlife and conservation efforts.

Mujahid Kaleem, assistant conservator wildlife, Rahim Yar Khan, described the view as one of the most unforgettable experiences of his career. “Such moments are a source of tremendous joy for any official of nature enthusiast and wildlife,” he noted.

According to the Wildlife Department, the rare observation is documented and will be used for future research and conservation strategies aimed at protecting the country’s vulnerable wildlife species.
