Davis responded to the trial in a long statement that the former tight end shared to his social media account on Monday. In the message, Davis shared sexually explicit messages, which he said the applicant sent to Sharpe. “This is a Shakedown. I want to be open, transparent and defend me because this is not right. Davis ended Tuesday’s press conference, confirming that a counterclaim will be filed that accuses the applicant of making “intentional and evil accusations.”
