In a tragic incident in Balochistan’s Kalat District, an improvised explosion device (IED) located by the roads detonated, killed four people, including women and children, and injured five others, local media reported on Thursday.

According to sources from the charges, the explosion happened near Kabuto and destroyed the vehicle that passed. The explosion resulted in two women’s immediate deaths and two children, while five others sustained injuries.

The bodies of the deceased were transported to District Headquarters (DHQ) the hospital while the wounded were referred to a quetta hospital for further treatment.

This attack came just hours after security forces prevented a large terrorist plot in Balochistan’s Noshki District, where four suicide vests of intelligence agencies were seized.

The vests had been hidden in a large bag inside a trash can near Bypass Road, close to the Deputy Commissioner House. Bombing -boring group newly neutralized the explosives.
