Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers faced ridicule on social media as he tried to get his followers hyped for the NFL draft, which will take place in Green Bay for the first time.
Evers wore a green packing polo shirt and was watched in a video Wednesday and threw a football to himself.

“Go for a long time, Tony,” Evers said in the video, before caught the pass from himself and spiked the ball in dirt.
Social media had fun at the account of the democratic governor.
Evers later published videos of themselves on the draft stage and met with some fans before the event started.
“Wisconsin, we’re here in Titletown! Everyone is jazzy and getting ready for a good first night on the draft!” He wrote in a post on Thursday.

“Having a Heckuva time in Titletown with a DMD and thousands of my favorite cheese heads. See you out here, Green Bay!” he added.
Green Bay was chosen to host the draft for the first time. This is the smallest market in the NFL and is reportedly expected to have about 250,000 entered the city for the event.
NFL Draft is the first big event to kick off the new season. Despite the NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and others who just advertise a list of team choices, fans flock to it every year, and it draws a massive audience on TV.
