Sean ‘Diddy’ Comb’s’ lawyer makes controversial argument in recent hearing

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ attorneys plan to defend that the disgraceful music mogul just lived a “swinger” lifestyle and is not a rape.

Combs’ lawyer Marc Agnifilo made the controversial justification at a Friday prior trial in Manhattan Federal Court, per. The post.

“There is a lifestyle, calling it swingers or whatever you wanted, as he thought was appropriate because it was common,” the rapper’s lawyer said in court.

Agnifilio claimed that it is clear that Combs did not intend to commit a crime because he thought it was acceptable to have more partners or to hire companions.

“Many people think it’s appropriate because it’s common.”

Judge Arun Subramanian gave from the bench that Combs’ lawyers are allowed to make their swinger argument.

However, the rapper has been limited from naming other notable figures that are assumed to have allegedly employed sex workers or participated in the said “lifestyle.”

The development of the case is coming when federal prosecutors revealed Friday that Combs, 55, rejected a pleasing offer in front of his trial.

Combs’ trial is due 5 May over his federal charges of sex trade, racketing and transport to participate in prostitution.

Prosecutors claim the music mogul forced women to participate in sexual activity at his notorious “freak -off” parties.

Combs will be held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, new, since his arrest in September 2024.

His arrest came months after police attacked his California and Florida home and got 1,000 bottles of lubricant and three AR-15s.
