Kylie Kelce is already ready for her daughters’ teenage years.

In the latest episode of her podcast Not lyingThe former hockey coach got some useful advisory council from actor and singer, Kate Hudson, as the two mothers had a discussion about their families.

“Ryder’s 21 and I was a young mother with him, so we grew up together,” Hudson began.

“And he’s so clued in and there was just a minute a year and a half ago and he was like ‘you okay?’ And then he shared his perspective on something in my life based on just my schedule.

“How busy I was, how much I put out – just life’s thing. And he shared his perspective and I realized I was traveling this son to actually … he is giving back to me right now. He sees me right now. It’s pretty amazing, shared the actress.

“So if you put an effort in it will come back,” she added.

Elsewhere in the podcast, Hudson shared her more wise words for parents of older children to let them go.

“And then the only other thing I want to say to all mothers, let your kids go. Let them f ****** go. Don’t hold on. Don’t expect any of them,” Hudson said.

For those who are not daring, Kelce is the mother of four daughters, newborn Finnley, Bennett, 2, Elliotte, 4 and Wyatt, 5.

While Hudson is the mother of 21-year-old son Ryder, 13-year-old son Bingham and six-year-old daughter Rani.
