Islamabad:

Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered that a miscellaneous appeal filed by Bushra Bibi, wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, who seeks suspension of her judgment in the reference of 190 million pounds, is attached to hearing.

IHC Divisional Bench includes caretaker Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif heard various appeals on Tuesday.

During the consultation, Salman Akram Raja, advice for Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi, informed the court that appeals to suspension of judgment had already been filed, but the Justice Secretary’s office had raised unusual objections. He also noted that there is an established mechanism for planning main appeals for hearings.

Raja requested that both Imran Khan’s and Bushra Bibis appeal be heard the same day.
