Islamabad:

The Supreme Court rejected the petitioners on Wednesday, who challenged the formation of the alleged sound leakage commission and declared the case infuctive.

A five -members constitutional bench led by Justice Amin out your khan heard the case. The bench included justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and three other justices.

Justice Amin-out-Din Khan noted that the Audio Leakage Commission has become inactive, making the case ineffective. Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar noted that the head of the Commission, Justice Qazi Faez Isa, has since retired, while the other two commission members now serve as judges of the Supreme Court.
