Islamabad:
The capital’s Supreme Court may not take former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi’s most important appeal against their conviction in the case of 190 million.
However, a division bench consisting of Islamabad High Court (IHC), functioning Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif will hear the civilian various uses of the couple seeking suspension of sentences in the transplant case next week.
According to a causal list issued by the IHC Registrar Office on Friday, the bench is scheduled to take the applications on May 8.
