Islamabad: The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interreligious Harmony has created a dedicated auxiliary line to help Hajj Pilgrims with updated information about their flight plans on the directive of Minister Sardar Muhammad Yousaf.

According to the ministry’s spokesman Muhammad Umar Butt, Pilgrim can call the helmet line on 051-9216980 to get real-time updates and support related to their Hajj travel events.

The guideline operating under the supervision of instructor IT Jameel-Ur-Rehman will work around the clock in two shifts to ensure uninterrupted help, he added.

He said Hafiz Majid in the first shift will serve as the auxiliary line and can be reached directly on +92-332-4509868. In addition, Assistant Director Malik Asad will lead the second shift and can be contacted on +92-321-5365023, he maintained.

Butt said Pilgrims are also advised to keep in touch with their respective Haji camps for further coordination.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony on April 26 confirmed that all events for the Hajj operation in 2025 had ended. The first flight under the government scheme left on April 29, and the last flight is scheduled for May 31.

A total of 342 aircraft will transport pilgrims from Pakistan, with 89,000 ready to travel to Madina and Makkah, the ministry said in a statement on Saturday.

Hajj -Fly operation spans 33 days. Pilgrims will primarily be flown to Madina during the first 15 days.
