Sean ‘Diddy Combs claims’ violence’ was mutual in the Cassie Ventura relationship

Attorneys for Sean “Diddy” Combs have admitted that he was using violence against his ex, Cassie Ventura, but claimed it was mutual.

During the interrogation of Judge Arun Subramanian on Friday, Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo defense plans to “take the position that was mutual violence in their relationship”, including “frame.”

“We will definitely admit violence in the home,” said Agnifilo, adding, “but at what time will it be coercion?”

Diddy was arrested in September 2024 on charges of racketing, sex trade and transport to participate in prostitution. He denied all charges and did not plead guilty.

The music mogul has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting trial.

The prosecution claims that the rapper used his influence to force men and women into sexual acts under his notorious “freak-offs.”

His ex Cassie previously accused him of sexual abuse, rape and physical violence, and the case was settled. Later, a Bombshell video was released by CNN showing that Diddy beat her.

Now she is reportedly ready to testify in the trial, jury selection, which began on May 5th.

Opening statements for the trial are expected to begin on May 12.

If convicted, Sean “Diddy” combs could stand over 15 years to life in prison.
