Islamabad:

Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has warned of another possible Indian Misadventure and said Pakistan would react strongly if provided.

When he spoke with a private TV channel on Wednesday, Asif said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was politically corner and could take impulsive action due to increasing pressure and falling political capital.

“If Modi makes a reckless step out of desperation, Pakistan will respond resolutely – and there will be global consequences,” Asif said. The Minister of Defense stated that in the event of further escalation, even India’s allies may refrain from supporting Modi’s actions.
