Celtics ended up taking Game 3 in a crooked 115-93 game and looking at the pitch to even up the series through the first four quarters of Game 4 with a solid lead. But another furious Knick’s comeback, combined with Celtics Star Jayson Tatum, suffering from a torn Achilles, put Knicks up 3-1 with the whole momentum.

Even without Tatum, Celtics managed to ward off elimination at home in Game 5 with a 127-102 victory. But when the series returned to Madison Square Garden, Celtics immediately appeared immediately and fell into a deep deficit in Game 6 early in the game when Knicks led 27 at the break.
