King Charles would probably put his sons Prince William and Prince Harry before the crown when they need the monarch, a royal expert and former butler of the king has claimed.
Talking in a new documentary- William and Catherine: To put family first– The king’s former butler, Grant Harrold, pointed out that the monarch has reached “a turning point”, the former palace employee “, who never” came.
Grant Harrold said, “I think for the first time ever you have a king who I think deep down if his boys need him he would probably put them before the crown,” according to the Scottish Daily Express.
He added, “That’s what I think, and this is the first time that would have ever happened in the history of the monarchy.”
Another royal expert Ingrid Seward has claimed that King Charles has called on his older son Prince William to prioritize family time with Kate Middleton and their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis after the princess of Wales was diagnosed with cancer.
The royal expert said, “Charles said to William, ‘don’t make the mistake I made’ and ‘I want you to enjoy your family life’.
“And Charles was very insistent on this because he said, ‘I was so dedicated to duty, I couldn’t make room for family life the way I should have done’ and that’s what William did.”
