IHC is looking for details of precedent in litigation

Islamabad:

Islamabad High Court (IHC) sought on Thursday earlier judicial precedent, where details of the court’s martial arts were provided to court.

IHC Justice Khadim Hussain Somro heard the placement of the production of the details of the charges against the former Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Officer Air Marshal (RETD) Jawad Saeed, who had received a 14-year-old prison by a military court for leaking sensitive information.

The petitioner’s lawyer Abdul Waheed Advocate, in addition to the additional legal lawyer and PAF -lawy officials appeared on Thursday. During the consultation, PAF officials did not present the registration of the court’s martial arts and the charge against Jawad Saeed.

The PAF officials told the court that under the PAF Act, the registration of the given judgment and the registration of the indictment could not be delivered. The petitioner’s lawyer said this had never happened until under their own law. However, PAF officials denied this claim.

The other lawyer’s lawyer pleaded with the court that injustice had been a committee in the case against Jawad Saeed, adding that neither he got the lawyer after his election or the post. He said that Jawad Saeed’s family was not informed either.

Justice Soomro told the petitioner’s lawyer about presenting Precedenser at the next hearing where the post had been delivered in such a case. The lawyer replied that he would submit to the Supreme Court’s decisions and the Court’s precedent, adding that there were full bench in similar cases.

Justice Soomro asked the lawyer to present the court precedent in the form of para-wise comments and postponed further consultation of the case until June 17.
