Meghan Markle shared a personal message as she reflects on conversation with Cassandra Morales Thurswell.
After the release of the latest episode of her podcast, Confessions of a female founder On Tuesday, Meghan has opened up ‘change’.
By going to Instagram stories on Friday, the Duchess of Sussex released a video clip of herself, where she sincerely discussed the latest episode of her podcast.
Meghan, wife of Prince Harry, said in the video, “I’m not sure if you’ve caught up in this week’s episode of Confessions of a Femt Founder. But it’s such a good one.”
“And it reminds me of this quote that ‘wherever you go there, you are’ and that’s what my conversation with Cassie is like …” she added with reference to Cassandra, whom she welcomed the latest episode as a guest speaker.
Meghan continued to add, “because 21 plus years later, so much has changed, and yet we are so much the same.”
The Duchess of Sussex, who launched her podcast accession of a female founder on April 8, 2025, drops a new episode every Tuesday.
In the latest episode, Meghan had a conversation with his former stylist-facing-ceo of the hair and beauty brand Cassandra.
During their conversation, Meghan Markle also reflected over the time when she was actively trying on roles and turned to Cassie for help with wardrobe.
“I said, ‘Cassie, can you help make this stylish and give me a mood?’ As you said, ‘Yes,’ ‘Meghan, famous for her suits -role before her marriage to Prince Harry.
“I didn’t know what I was doing, but I really enjoyed our time together – it was so funny,” added Meghan Markle.
