Minister of Information Attaullah Tarar has said that Pakistan’s attitude on the global scene has been significantly increased following its handling of the conflict with India in Marka-E-Haq.

In a speech with journalists in Lachin, Azerbaijan on Wednesday, Tarar claimed that Pakistan’s narrative had been validated internationally, attributing to the diplomatic success of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar.

“The world completely recognized Pakistan’s attitude as sand,” Tarar said. “Credit goes to PM and DPM, which has improved Pakistan’s diplomatic outreach significantly.”

Tarar also aimed at the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and called him “a defeated and failed politician” who is “in deep panic, and pronounces nothing but saving his sinking politics.”

The Minister of Information noted that Pakistan participates in trilateral conversations with Turkiye and Azerbaijan, who emphasized the importance of strategic partnerships between the three nations. “This dialogue means that all three nations and their leaderships are on the same page,” he said.

In a meeting held a day earlier, Premier Sharif and Azerbaijani President Aliyev accepted to exchange delegations to increase trading and investment ties. “The president of Azerbaijan expressed great interest in raising the bilateral relationships to new heights,” Tarar said.

The minister also highlighted the symbolic timing of the visit, in which Pakistan celebrated YouM-E-Takbeer and Azerbaijan, which marked his Republic’s Day. He expressed gratitude for solidarity shown by the Azerbaijani people.

“We thank the people of Azerbaijan for celebrating Pakistan’s victory,” he said. “The Prime Minister, during his meeting with President Aliyev, personally conveyed deep gratitude for Azerbaijan’s support in difficult times.”
