- Target has the Nintendo Switch 2 storage on the launch day
- You will need to arrive in front of the store’s opening hours
- A ticket system will be in place
The US retail giant target has confirmed that it will have the Nintendo Switch 2 share next week.
In a recent press release, Target described on June 5th console launch as “a huge deal for players” and confirmed that the store’s online Nintendo Switch 2 proposals were sold out in less than two hours when they went live on April 24.
It also confirms that both Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World Bundle will be available in Target Stores on June 5th. This is in addition to games, amiibo and other accessories.
The dealer has also outlined the process of buying a Nintendo Switch 2 on June 5th.
It suggests to arrive in front of store opening times. When you are there, start to set up a “designated queue location” near the entrance. Employees distribute tickets that reserve your product for purchase at opening.
The tickets are offered until they are all claimed, or ten minutes before the store opens – so don’t expect to get your hands on a Nintendo Switch 2 if you rock up later in the day.
To try to mitigate some of the demand, there will be a purchase limit on a Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch 2 Mario Kart World Bundle per. Customer.
If you are unable to handle it on the day, there will be more stock available via the target website and the app on June 6.
