Blackpink Rose talked about how “being anonymous” would give her more “freedom”.
The 28-year-old pop singer who got up to star status in 2016 takes extreme measures to hide himself, which includes dressing up like an old woman so she could go unknown.
She told me Mix Magazine: “What does freedom look like to me? Freedom means to be anonymous.”
When she discussed with the help of prosthetics to make herself undercover, Rose admitted that she would not go in such extreme lengths again and said, “It was really, really intense. I don’t think I will ever do it again.”
When asked if she would consider going to act to become another person temporarily, Rose replied, “Wow, yes, I think it would be incredible in that sense … Yes, I would very much like to act because I feel what it is like to be anonymous.”
When she remembered when she had to speak at a corporate event in Europe, and she hesitated to go through a quantity, she was relieved that no one seemed to notice her at the time.
“I was so anxious because I usually go through a big crowd of people, I have to understand that people will recognize me and look at me .. [But no one noticed me so] I jumped up and down after … ”said Rose of Blackpink about time.
