Karachi: Four people running on motorcycles, including an online food service rider, have tragically lost their lives in separate traffic accidents in different areas of Karachi.
Police have arrested two drivers who are allegedly involved in these incidents and raised their vehicles.
The law enforcement said one person died and another was injured when a car collided with a motorcycle near the Teen Talwar. The car’s driver is taken into custody.
In another deadly incident in the Defense Housing Authority (DHA )’s Khayaban-E-Nishat Road, a double cabin vehicle hit a motorcycle. The motorcyclist, identified as Murtaza, an online food delivery company rider, died on stage.
Police reported that the vehicle’s driver, Usman Shah Rashdi, was arrested and that the vehicle was placed at Darakhshan Police Station. Police also declared that Usman is the grandson of the former you Peer Hasan Shah Rashdi.
In another tragic event, a vehicle collided with a motorcycle, killed the son, identified as Shamoon and seriously wounded his mother near Karsaz on Sharea Faisal. Separate hit and killed an unknown vehicle an unidentified motorcyclist on Qayyumabad’s Jam Sadiq Bridge.
Studies of hit-and-run cases from unidentified vehicles are underway, police officers said.
The last several months have seen many traffic accidents involving high -speed dumps that cause people to lose lives as well as to hurt them.
Earlier this month, troubled details emerged that at least 110 people have lost their lives in Karachi for the past few months days due to collisions involving heavy vehicles.
