Nintendo certainly held quietly about this one but it seems that the beloved RPG Xenoblade Chronicles 3 has received an update before Switch 2 launch day. Users on X / Twitter have seen some patch notes for the game.
Apparently Xenoblade Chronicles 3 got a Nintendo Switch 2 update ???? They didn’t do anything about it, and the patch notes are pretty vague, so I’m skeptical tbhidk if they just made it more stable or if they actually made big changes like making it 60 fps lol. In justice, the patch notes are not essential, just saying that “more adjustments have been made to improve the gameplay at Nintendo Switch 2.” Now, to temper expectations, there is every chance that this is just a very simple patch to prevent the game from going down or registering visual odds on Switch 2.
But if this game gets the 4K 60fps processing that looks like Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, Then I definitely plan a repeat of this incredible game. Now if we could also get an update pat to Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive EditionAt I will be a very happy player.
Beat the streets
As a lover of the best battle games I am really excited to check out Street Fighter 6 years 1-2 Fighters Edition On Switch 2 launch day. This version of the game includes all DLC figures from Season 1 (Rashid, AKI, ED and Akuma) and Season 2 (M. Bison, Terry Bogard, Mai Shiranui and Elena) as well as all DLC phases.
I got checked the game on my Nintendo Switch 2 Practical Preview Session a few months ago and it plays great on the console with a Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller. I noticed the image quality was a touch fuzzier than on other systems, but the performance does not miss a blow. At least outside the demanding World Tour mode that I haven’t been able to look at Switch 2 yet.
Don’t forget these gamecube games!
While I’m sure most of you dive into Mario Kart World or a warmly expected third -party release as Street Fighter 6 or Cyberpunk 2077 On the first day, it is worth noting that the Nintendo Switch Online’s Gamecube Classics Library will also be available from the launch day.
Three games can be played from bats: The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, Fighting Games Royalty Soul Calibur 2, and the legendary racer anti-peaking F-Zero GX. You need a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription to enjoy these titles.
I also have pre-ordered Switch Online Exclusive Wireless Gamecube Controller from Nintendo’s Website because what better way is there to experience these games than with the iconic Purple GamePad? It is available for pre -ordering now in Nintendo’s store for $ 64.99 / £ 58.99. Admittedly, it’s pretty steep that Nintendo has confirmed that even if it works with standard Switch 2 games, there may be compatibility problems, so it certainly contemplates it before making a purchase.
Is Pokémon Scarlet & Violet fixed?
A game I’m really excited to check out on first day Pokémon Scarlet & Violetwhich receives a free performance update on Switch 2 launch day. A short excerpt of gameplay was revealed via the Nintendo Today Mobile app a few days ago, but it seems that more has been determined than just the improved resolution and framework.
Serebiis Joe Merrick points out to X / Twitter that animations for background objects appear to have improved. Case, the infamous Artazon -Wind Mill, which now animates smooth in the distance. If there is one thing I do not remember so lovingly about these games, it is the incredibly chopped animations of items and characters that are even close to the player. Hopefully these are so leveled with this Nintendo Switch 2 update.

Nvidia’s CEO is as excited about Switch 2 as you are

Nvidia -Managing Director Jensen Huang is the subject of Nintendo’s latest creator’s voice video. The technology company developed the original Switch’s custom Tegra X1-System-On-A-Chip, and it also created Switch 2’s custom processor.
In the video, Huang claims that Nintendo Switch 2 has the “most advanced graphics ever on a mobile device.” And that could be true; Switch 2 handheld supports 1080p resolution at framerates up to 120 fps. The device also has support for HDR for lighter, more accurate colors.

I am receiving my pre-ordered Switch 2 console tomorrow and I am happy to be stuck with Mario Kart World, And experience Breath of the Wild and The tears of the kingdom On what I hope is a buttery smooth 4K 60fps.
