Rawalpindi:
At least 14 militants allegedly affiliated with Fitna Al-Khawarij, a group identified as an Indian proxy, were killed in Intellegence-based operations in North-Waziristan between June 2 and 3, it appeared Wednesday.
According to a statement from Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces performed operations in the Dhatta Khel area of North Waziristan. “After a hard exchange of fire, 14 militants were associated with the Indian sponsored group of neutralized.”
Sanitization operations are ongoing in the area to ensure complete elimination of remaining threats, the military’s media wing said.
“Pakistan’s armed forces remain decisive in their mission to eradicate Indian sponsored terrorism and restore lasting peace across the country,” the statement added.
Meanwhile, President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Sharif security forces to remove 14 Indian supported terrorists.
The president and the Prime Minister, in their separately issued statements, praised the bravery of the security forces, and reiterated that because of their professional expertise, the terror prayer would be completely upset.
President Zardari decided that operations against terrorists would continue until their complete elimination as they are tapping security forces were decisive in eradicating Indian -supported terrorists.
He reiterated that the nation’s decision to eliminate terror elements and defend the country remained unwavering and expressed the country’s obligation to eradicate Fitna Al Khawarij.
By calling the terrorists said the enemies of humanity, Prime Minister Shehbaz said their dishonest design would be averted.
He reiterated that the government and security forces were fully obliged to remove terrorism from the country.
Previously, the federal government had officially appointed all terrorist groups operating in Balochistan as ‘Fitna Al Hindustan’, accusing India of sponsoring a proxy war through these clothes.
