Prince William and Duchess Sophie participated in the Royal Cornwall show on Friday.
William, who also has the title of the Duke of Cornwall, and the Duchess of Edinburgh participated in the show at the Royal Cornwall Showground.
The Prince of Wales is patron of the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Association, and the Duchess of Edinburgh has the position of Vice President of RCAA.
The royal duo was seen chatting and smiling when they arrived at the show.
Prince William and Sophie are said to have developed a close bond, especially after King Charles and Princess Catherine went to cancer treatment.
Kate Middleton was not with her husband when he arrived to attend the show.
While King Charles continues to perform royal tasks in Britain and abroad as his cancer treatment remains in progress, the princess of Wales makes a gradual return on royal engagements.
She recently visited Scotland to participate in the naming ceremony for a warship where she stayed with her husband.
Duchess Sophie, Kona to Prince Edward, often represents King Charles on important occasions in Britain and abroad.
According to the show’s web site, “Every year, for 3 days in June, the best in entertainment, agriculture, shopping and competition can be found at the Royal Cornwall Show.”
