Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, chief of staff, together with the chairman’s joint chiefs of the staff committee, the head of the naval staff and the head of air staff, has expanded hot Eid-Ul-adha-greetings to the population of Pakistan.
In a joint message, the country’s top military leaders offered their heartfelt prayers of lasting peace, national unity and the nation’s prosperity.
They paid tribute to the resilience of the Pakistani people and recognized the courage and victims of the armed forces, law enforcement and citizens who continue to protect the country.
“Eid-UL-adha is a holy time for reflection, victims and unity,” the ISPR declaration said.
“May this blessed apartment promote harmony in our society and reinforce the spirit of solidarity that binds us as an indomitable nation.”
The armed forces confirmed their commitment to stand by the people and defend Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity with determination.
The message states it, “Pakistan -armed forces are resolutely with the people, united with the purpose and steadfast in their sacred duty to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.”
“On this day of reverence, we also honor the noble families of Shuhada-e-Pakistan-if Dear Dear Safe the ultimate victim in the service of peace and the nation,” it added.
The message ended with a patriotic statement: “Pakistan Hameesha Zindabad” – Long Live Pakistan.
