Sean Diddy Combs Legal Team has applied for a test in his sex shop.
The musician’s team believes there was an “prosecutor” in a letter on June 7 to Judge Arun Subramanian.
The defense added to the letter that “the government has presented testimony that it knew or should have known was significantly false related to its claim that Mr. Comb’s dangling Bryana Bongolan from the Balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016.”
“In order to avoid an unreasonable conviction in this case, the court had to give a trial,” the defense team continued.
“The incident, as claimed, is disturbing and powerful evidence, and the government has used it to portray Mr. Combs in an extremely negative light, like an angry and dangerous man who scared Mrs. Ventura and her friends,” the defense team continued.
